Bunun sebeplerinden biri de, hipnoz uygulamas\u0131 esnas\u0131ndaki etkinlik ve konvansiyonel diyetlerde oldu\u011fundan kat edilen farkl\u0131 yoldur. Hipnoz sayesinde talimatlara ve yasaklara ihtiya\u00e7 duymayan do\u011fal yeme davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesi ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hipnozda hangi olas\u0131l\u0131klar ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar mevcuttur?<\/p>\n<p>Hipnoz iki yakla\u015f\u0131m sunmaktad\u0131r, bir tarafta b<strong>ilin\u00e7alt\u0131 hipnozu (semptomlara odakl\u0131)<\/strong> ve di\u011fer tarafta da a<strong>nalitik hipnoz (sebep odakl\u0131)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle k\u0131saca bilin\u00e7alt\u0131 hipnozu imkan\u0131na de\u011finmek istiyorum. Bilin\u00e7alt\u0131 hipnozu ile, nispeten daha az olan kilo fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sistem odakl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde hipnoz ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131labilir. Bilin\u00e7alt\u0131na verilecek telkinler, \u00f6nceden hasta ile kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve b\u00f6ylece hastaya bireysel olarak uyarlanabilmektedirler. Bilin\u00e7alt\u0131 hipnozuna ili\u015fkin bu olas\u0131l\u0131k, duygusal sebeplerin \u00f6nemli rol oynamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hastalarda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Buradaki ama\u00e7, \u00e7ok uzun bir s\u00fcre bilin\u00e7alt\u0131nda yerle\u015fmi\u015f olan sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z ve bilin\u00e7siz \u015fartlanmalar\u0131 olumlu al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmektir. E\u011fer ki uzun bir s\u00fcre ayn\u0131 bi\u00e7imde beslenirsek, o zaman bu al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k bir kal\u0131p (\u015fartlanma) olarak bilin\u00e7alt\u0131nda kaydedilmektedir ve ondan sonra otomatik olarak yerine getirilmektedir. Bu mekanizma bilin\u00e7alt\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fini hafifletmektedir, ama zararl\u0131 ve istenilmeyen kal\u0131plar olmas\u0131 halinde de olumsuz etki edebilmektedir.
